How long will it take to get my order?
Generally orders are shipped the same day the order is received. You will get an email notification once it's dispatched. We ship all products from New Zealand, and offer Airmail (5-10 days) or courier (2-5 days). Because of the intimate nature of the items we sell, we are unable to return or exchange purchased toys and products unless defective. This is for the health, safety and peace of mind of our customers. If your product is damaged or defective, you need to contact us within 30 days and we will cheerfully issue a full refund.
